BTS have been going non-stop since debuting in 2013, and it was no surprised when, back in August, they announced they would be taking a very much needed break.
The hiatus has apparently left some fans nervous that the septet might not return. Thankfully, the group addressed breakup rumours during a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, assuring fans that they're not going anywhere.
"It's not a big deal," Suga, through a translator, told the outlet for its latest cover story. "It's literally a vacation.
"I'm just a young man who likes to watch Stranger Things on Netflix and loves to eat and drink beer," RM added. "But I turn on CNN and BBC and they're talking about our vacation. It feels like we're living in a different world."
In case that's not convincing enough, RM also detailed the group's experience presenting at the GRAMMYs earlier this year. "When we were presenting, we said that 'We will be back!', so hopefully we can keep our words," he said, implying he hopes one day BTS will take home a golden gramophone of their own. "It would be an absolute dream come true. Just thinking about it is thrilling."
