Taylor Swift is the world's highest earning musician of 2019, according to Forbes.
On Friday (December 6) the outlet a published a report that revealed the "Lover" singer earned a whopping $185 million this year thanks to her new album and a new record deal with Universal Music Group, as well as her Reputation Stadium Tour, which was the highest-grossing tour in US history, grossing over $266 million. Swift also has a bunch of endorsements deals, including Keds, CoverGirl, Capital One, and Apple, which bring in a lot of income and let's not forget her real estate investments, royalties and merchandise. This is a huge accomplishment for Swift, who's not only topped the Forbes list of Highest-Earning Musicians for the second time in five years, but she beat out Kanye West, who came in second with $150 million. Other notable mentions include BTS who earned $57 million in 2019, Ariana Grande with $48 million, Lady Gaga with $39.5 million and Shawn Mendes, who is the youngest solo artist on the list with $38 million.
