Ariana Grande has just cast in Universal's screen adaptation of the Broadway and West End hit musical, Wicked.

Grande will be playing Glinda the Good Witch alongside Cynthia Erivo, who will play Wicked Witch of the West, Elphaba.

Fans noticed that Ari has had her eyes on the role for a very long time, 10 years to be exact.

An old tweet from Ariana's account has recently resurfaced that proves she has been dreaming of this role ever since.
